Eagle Eye Yoga is the perfect addition to my effort to provide clients with an opportunity to improve every aspect of their mind, body, and soul.

Strength training has always been the foundation of my work but because our bodies are complex and dynamic, I intentionally provide my clients with varied modalities to help create a balance, avoid injury, and prevent plateauing.

I have been in the health and fitness field for over twenty years, operating my own Wellness Boutique, LivFitness, since Oct 2009.

My life and work are deeply interwoven as I do my best to share what supports personal wellness with the larger community. By guiding local community members toward greater personal health in the studio and virtually, they are better equipped to give back and be of service to others.

I try to align everything I do with a core desire to help others be their best and achieve the goals that are most important to them. This has led me to my core philosophy: “I believe that how you move your body, how you fuel your body, how you guide your mind, and how you respect your planet are all interconnected and create the health and wellness of self. I believe that every effort counts and many small moves lead to big changes. I believe that you have the power inside you to make better choices and my purpose is to guide and support you through this journey.”

  • Amy Bacchieri

PRACTIONER OF EDEN ENERGY MEDICINE AND SOUND AND VIBRATIONAL THERAPIES

Believe it or not, for most of my adult life (almost 20 years in fact), I was a high school English teacher. I loved working with teenagers on their soul journeys as they explored who they were or wanted to be. Becoming an Energy Medicine practitioner and Sound Healer was definitely not on my radar; I thought I would be a high school teacher until the day I died, and it nearly did kill me (or my spirit at least) until I began the work of healing. The Universe has a funny way of gently nudging us in different directions when it’s time to grow and evolve, and I decided to follow that nudge. I felt compelled to make choices to further my healing, which included changing my career to something that aligned with my personal health and wellness philosophy and learning more about the healing arts.

I explored and studied several modalities including meditation, tapping, breathwork, EEM, color therapy, and various sound and vibrational therapies, among other things. I am now certified as an Eden Energy Medicine practitioner and a Level 2 Sound and Vibrational Healer through Meditate: School of Sound Healing. I am also training to become certified in Biofield Tuning.

Sound healing and energy work have had a profound impact on my health and wellness. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned with others who are interested in experiencing the healing benefits of these modalities. I guess I still see myself as a teacher, just a different kind, and in a much-less traditional way.

I look forward to exploring sound and energy together in this new space.

    INSTRUCTOR, YTT 200

Fitness and nutrition are a lifelong passion of mine. When I discovered yoga while taking an active elective at Bridgewater State University in 2005, I found yoga to be a missing link that unlocked a greater balance of health and happiness in my life.

After I graduated from BSU with a double bachelor's in exercise science and business management I moved to Boston and worked at the Sports Club/LA. While working there, I attended the National Institute of Whole Health, attained a higher education degree as a whole health educator, and became a licensed wellness coach. Through these courses, I immersed myself in learning more about the mind-body connection and the importance of the five aspects of health: physical, nutritional, emotional, environmental, and spiritual.

In 2013 I moved to Quincy with my husband and began strength training at Liv Fitness. A short time later I co-created and co-founded a mobile smoothie company, making and selling healthy organic smoothies locally for four years. Three children later, I found myself rejoining Liv's tribe in 2022 and studying to become a yoga instructor. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training program and am very excited to teach yoga in my own community. When not teaching yoga, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, sailing Quincy Bay, and throwing impromptu dance parties in the kitchen.

  • Sara Little, RYT 200

INSTRUCTOR & OWNER OF LITTLEFIELD SALON

A desire for balance and harmony led me to the practice of yoga over 15 years ago. Finding ways to incorporate self-care, mindfulness, movement, and divinity into my life were the pillars I was seeking, so I could continue to be the best version of myself & serve my community.

At Littlefield, a slow beauty studio with a high-vibe experience, we focus on crafting the best cuts for your lifestyle and natural texture. We also value bringing every individual who sits in our chairs, the very best in hair care and low-tox hair coloring services.

As two local female entrepreneurs, Olivia and I met, supporting one another! As a Livfitness member for close to a decade, functional movement is something Liv instilled in me and has been fundamental within my life, work, and yoga practice ever since. Working Liv’s program transformed my life and confidence, giving me the courage to enroll in a yoga certification in 2019. Yoga philosophy, inner teachings, and Ayurveda have always held a special interest, & the 200-hour training helped me gain more awareness of my physical body.

I added a reiki certification in 2021 and continue to explore other healing modalities in addition to respecting our planet and living with the natural rhythms of the seasons and moon cycles.

My approach to the asanas, or shapes, places an emphasis on function over form, the breath as the medium for movement, and the use of repetition into and out of the postures. My calm and tranquil demeanor provides a complimentary backdrop as I hold a healing space in class for you to explore. A strong focus on slowing down and calming the parasympathetic nervous system.

The sacred geometry that is yoga has powerful transformative effects & brings inner peace. I look forward to meeting you on your mat.

My interest in yoga started in college when, after a free class, I realized how much relief it brought to my body after sitting in classes all day. With my close friends I planned a biweekly meetup to practice together regularly, at which point I realized it was also starting to center my mind and build confidence. That is ultimately why I decided I'd love to teach yoga. In 2009 I went away for a month and attended the Sivananda Ashram in Nassau, Bahamas to complete the 200-level yoga training. Upon returning, I briefly observed classes at the Awareness Center in Newark, DE before becoming at instructor at the University of Delaware Fitness Center and Sedona Fitness in West Grove, PA. At these gyms I was privileged to teach people from a wide variety of ages and backgrounds. Though I took a long break from teaching to move three times and have two children, I'm excited to once again help more people fall in love with yoga and their bodies. In my classes, you can expect to spend time in poses in order to sense and assess form, develop awareness, remember the breath, release tightness, and end with guided relaxation.

While living in Orlando, Florida, I discovered my passion for yoga in heated vinyasa classes. Each session was a journey, as I learned to move with intention and breathe with purpose. This newfound connection between my mind and body led me to explore the depths of yoga’s mental and physical benefits. By a welcomed suggestion, I embraced the opportunity to delve deeper into my passion by joining a yoga teacher training program. The idea of deepening my personal practice while sharing this transformative art with others ignited a spark within me, guiding me along this path of self-discovery and service. After completing my 200-hour training, I moved back to my home state of Massachusetts where I am excited to continue to learn and connect with the yoga community.
